Event Participation Terms
These terms supplement the BuildrBond Terms whenever you RSVP to, attend, host, or help operate a BuildrBond-listed gathering.
Eligibility, RSVP, and capacity
Events are for eligible adults 18 and older. An RSVP may be confirmed, waitlisted, cancelled, or reassigned under capacity and safety rules. Do not transfer an RSVP or bring an unregistered guest without written approval. Keep attendee and venue details private.
Conduct and consent
Follow venue instructions, the Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. Attendance never implies romantic, sexual, photographic, recording, promotional, or business consent. Stop contact when asked. Hosts may remove a participant for unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful conduct.
Personal responsibility and ordinary risks
You are responsible for deciding whether you can safely attend, arranging transportation, protecting belongings, managing allergies and dietary needs, and choosing whether to consume alcohol. In-person events involve ordinary risks including travel, illness, food, alcohol, venue conditions, and interactions with people we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume those ordinary risks.
Hosts, venues, and third parties
Venues, hosts, vendors, and other attendees may be independent third parties rather than agents of Famplified LLC. BuildrBond does not guarantee their conduct, accessibility, goods, services, or statements. Tell the operator in advance about reasonable accessibility needs; availability may depend on the venue and notice provided.
Cancellations, changes, and emergencies
We may change the time, venue, capacity, host, format, or cancel an event for safety, weather, availability, low attendance, or operational reasons. The current pilot events are free; no travel, lodging, lost time, or third-party expense reimbursement is promised. Future paid events will require clearly disclosed price, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase.
Photos and attendee visibility
Your in-product attendee visibility choice controls only the BuildrBond attendee list. It is not consent to photography or recording. Event photography or media use requires separate, clear notice and any consent required by law. Do not post another attendee's presence or image without permission.
Incidents
For immediate danger, contact venue staff and emergency services. Use the private reporting flow for a BuildrBond review. We may cancel access, preserve evidence, and contact authorities as described in the Terms and Privacy Notice.
