Privacy requests

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about BuildrBond's handling of your personal information. Available rights depend on your location, but we provide a common request path to every member.

Fastest account controls

Update profile information from your profile. The account-deletion control immediately deactivates discovery, connections, communities, and events and records the deletion request. Final erasure follows the identity-verification, safety, legal-hold, operational, and backup process described in the Privacy Notice.

Send a request

Email info@email.famplified.com with “BuildrBond privacy request” in the subject and state whether you want access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal/limitation, or an appeal. Send from the address associated with the account when possible. Do not email a password, government ID, intimate content, or unnecessary safety evidence.

Verification and response

We will verify enough information to protect the account before fulfilling a request. We may ask you to authenticate through the service or confirm account details. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain material denials, and provide an appeal path where required. We do not charge for ordinary requests, but applicable law may permit limits on manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests.

Authorized agents and non-discrimination

An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits it, but we may require proof of authority and direct identity confirmation. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some data cannot be disclosed or deleted when doing so would expose another person's information, compromise security, violate law, or interfere with a valid safety/legal hold.

Advertising choices

BuildrBond does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising. Therefore, there is no advertising sale/share to opt out of today. If that practice changes, we will provide legally required notice and controls before it begins.
